09-09-2024The trimmer itself does a good job. It gets almost as close as when I've tried shaving. The battery has lasted a long time.The razor attachment is useless. It doesn't work. The length attachments were also disappointing. Mine came with 2 of the 3mm and no 5mm. I contacted amazon and contacted Philips directly and no one would help me with the replacement. They both referred me to the other. This is frustrating as I need the longer length to avoid irritation. I finally decided to just buy a new trimmer with the correct attachment, but it won't be this one again.
