25-12-2024I do not like tight hoodies--I always end up ordering them so big that the sleeves need to be rolled multiple times so they don't dangle below my hands. This hoodie is nice and big without the sleeves being SUPER long (they're still a bit long--if you are a tall person ordering an XL, I think you will find the sleeves an appropriate size). The hoodie is soft inside and is quite warm and heavyweight. I'm frankly used to wearing hoodies as a sweater (with a t shirt underneath) but the collar style of this (v neck with the vs making a sort of collar) makes me think it's really meant to be worn on its own. It's a little ridiculous, but that feels like a luxury that I'm not used to--having the soft fleece right against your skin.The one stylistic thing I don't really love is the band at the bottom that snugs it close to your body. It's very common for sweatshirts to have these--I'm just not a big fan. However, the hoodie is big enough that it doesn't feel constricting even with the band.I honestly haven't had the chance to wear it much because the weather here in Chicago has been unseasonably warm and I'm wearing shorts and a t-shirt at the moment. But eventually it WILL get cold in Chicago, and I'm very much looking forward to being able to wear this hoodie.
