good price, works perfectly. too bad the silicone suction cups don't stand up to the heat but at least its not $$ to replace

I have two other phone mounts (different brands)in my cars that I really liked. Unfortunately, the hot Florida sun took its toll on the suction cups and they basically started to fall apart. I searched for a replacement suction cup, but didn't quite find what I needed.Instead, I saw this product and figures why not? It's half the price of a full holder/mount and the phone holders I already had were fine anyway. I bought two of these and quickly swapped my phone holders onto them. They honestly seem pretty sturdy and the "ball" that is on the end that attaches to the phone holder piece was just the right size. I was able to tighten the mount to my preferred position and it's stayed in place so far.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with a good phone holder that has a failing mount. It adjusts pretty well and worked in my car and SUV. You really can't go wrong with it, provided that you make sure the holder you have fits the end of the arm. The suction is good and it's stays put, so the only unknown factor is how many years of heat the suction cup can tolerate. For half the price of a whole new setup I'd say it's a no brainer.

Going of another buyers review (Thank You Branden) I purchased this windshield/dashboard mount for a magsafe wireless charger for my 12 pro Max, however the charger mounts onto the air vent clip, two problems one it didn’t feel secure and kept moving around since my vents in my jeep commander turn in circular motions, second I also don’t like vent clips since I wouldn’t want the phone to get to hot or cold especially hot since I am already using a charger! And a third point that really started to get annoying was my windshield wipers would go off when I tried moving the phone since the switch was right next to the mount! This mount base was perfect, I took a risk because I wasn’t sure the ball would fit or not but it was an exact fit thankfully! I like the different ways You can position the item! I say if ur in the same situation as I am take the chance because besides not knowing the size of the joint ball everything else about it was perfect!
