18-12-2024These covers protect from sharp cat claws. Using sticky tape was my last choice but it also catches anyone coming in contact with it. This cover seems impervious to cat claws, has an attractive, high quality appearance, and has not slipped! It has a smooth fit. It looks like it would clean well. I ended up ordering an additional one for an adjacent part of my sofa. I’m really happy I decided to give this project a try.

18-12-2024We bought two of these covers for two new leather sofas. We first ran across this type of cover about 2 years ago and if worked flawlessly. It's non-slip, comfortable, does not snag or stretch, is spill resistant and still looks great. So intending to buy it again from the same vender, we found out they do not sell them anymore, but replaced them with a new type. Let me tell you they are garbage. We ordered one of these new ones to try out and they are no different than throwing a blanket on your sofa. Our dog pulls it off when he jumps on it and our cats got snagged on it. Upon returning it and searching again, we ran across this current company and they sell the same product as our old one but with trim on both sides. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Cost wise, they are more expensive than our first purchase but things are more expensive now than two years ago and we did purchase the largest ones they sell. You get what you pay for and I'll tell you, you will not find a better cover for your leather sofa than this one. Note, this is a true non-slip cover, so installing it takes time as once it rest on the leather, you can not pull it. You need to lift the material on one side to pull it to the other and the same for tucking it. For softness and a second layer for our cats, we laied a mambe seat cover over the cushions which fits perfect and looks great. A thank you to this company for seeing the value in a outstanding product and making it available again.
