The delivery was great and it was well packed. It came in two big boxes that were left on my porch. I was able to drag them inside and put them together myself.The couch is quite firm but I think it's going to give in time. However,that is not a problem for me as I use it in my office and it will be very lightly used. The color is very very true. The material is very soft. It does sit a little low but if that's a concern I'm sure you can purchase additional legs. Incidentally,I thought the legs were gold, for some reason but the light wood compliments my colors. Just what I wanted it to while serving extra sleeping space when needed.

Love the color and size. I'm between 5'6"- 5'7", and am able to stretch out across it comfortably. Speaking of comfort, it IS a futon, so while it's not the cushiest, I found adding a 1.5 inch mattress topper did wonders! I can sit and nap on it quite well. Definitely happy with my purchase!
