My watch lasted over a year before I dropped it and the screen cracked—was able to quickly file a claim and sent it in to get fixed. I got it back but it had more strange issues than before. Sent it back a second time and a new issue arose making the watch unusable. I believe this was due to apple watches being finicky when fixed as they are fragile, or so I was told. I sent it back a third time, which was inconvenient as I was without my watch for over a month at this point, and they were very kind and refunded my watch for the full original price. I have now purchased a new watch with this same protection plan because they were quick and I believe the issues related to my watch were not their fault and may have been a rare occurrence. If you were worried this was a scam, don’t fret, this company is reliable and was helpful throughout every process.
