I ordered this pack of IROHA NATURE, Skin Care Mask Peel off Detox - Pack of 4 pieces because I wanted to try a charcoal face mask.I’ve heard that charcoal is detoxifying, and I was curious to see the effect on my skin. Last winter my face got very dry, so I’ve been trying different skincare treatments to rehydrate the skin on my face and neck. Besides the charcoal, there’s also green tea in this mask, which I’ve tried in other facials.This also contains lavender and grape, both of which I like in facial cleansers.This has a noticeable smell, but it’s not too overwhelming. I’m not fond of strongly scented cosmetics; I was aware of the scent of this mask, but it wasn’t too much for me. I like the smell of lavender and grape. I’m less fond of the smell of green tea, but the mask mostly smelled fresh and clean.The kit comes with four packets of the mask. Each packet contains about 0.64 ounces of product. Each packet is supposed to be single-use, but I found I could stretch a packet to two masks if I was careful applying the product. After the first use, I pushed out extra air, rolled up the packet, and stored it in a zippie bag.This is a Korean skin care product, I have just started using them in this past year. I really like Korean skin care products because they tend to be deeply hydrating. I found this mask very hydrating. I couldn’t tell if the mask was removing impurities, but I could feel the difference that extra hydration made in my skin. My skin felt less dry under my fingertips after using the mask.You’re supposed to let this dry for about twenty minutes, then peel it off your skin. I rarely have twenty minutes of downtime, so I wound up trying to peel it after about 10-15 minutes. It worked nicely in that time period, it was easy to peel away.This is nice for an at-home spa day. The product is hydrating, it applies easily, smells nice, and can be peeled away fairly easily, too. It comes in a four-pack, great if you’re doing spa treatments with friends, or just for you.

This is a nice mask that feels cooling and is mildly hydrating. I like to use a mask once a week or so as a way to help deal with my very dry and sensitive skin as well as to get a bit of pampering in. The mask itself is in two parts -- one for the face and one for the neck. The material is fairly thick and feels sturdy, so it was easy to unfold and place over my face and neck without tearing. It did take a bit of finagling to get everything in just the right spot and I did have to be careful not to move around much. I don't try to read or watch TV or anything. I just lay back and relax in a recliner and let the mask work its magic. The mask is very saturated but the serum is thick and rich so I didn't find it too messy. The serum has a light scent that I barely notice. There is just the slightest little sting when I first apply it, but I think that is mostly due to my skin and the sensation goes away almost immediately. I leave it on for 15 or 20 minutes as suggested and then try to pat the excess serum into my skin. It doesn't really absorb all that well and it does feel a bit sticky so I do end up using a warm compress to help it sink in. This simple step works well and is actually a nice way to finish my mini-spa session + my skin face and neck feels softer and smoother afterward. While I didn't find this mask to be quite as moisturizing as I expected considering the triple dose of hyaluronic acid, I did find it very soothing. Great for summer time. I like using the mask and I'm happy to have found a new brand. I would definitely be interested in trying some of the other versions offered byIROHA.

I give myself a facial every Sunday and the last step is always a sheet mask to help restore my skins barrier after my treatments. Meaning, I go through a LOT of sheet masks (52 a year at minimum, sometimes I do them more often). I really liked this one; it doesn't have too much liquid making it a mess to open, it unfolds easily without ripping and it still has enough of the "substance" on the mask to make it feel really luxurious. As a bonus, it comes with a section for your throat which I've never seen with any other brand. As you know, you have to treat your throat and upper chest like your face to stay looking young, so they are ahead of the curve. If they added in a chest patch I'd REALLY be impressed. If you use sheet masks, you can't go wrong. ***One note, although I was able to walk around with the face mask on and it stayed put, I was NOT able to move around with the throat piece. You will need to lay down and be still to use that portion just a heads up.
