I own a busy bar in Memphis TN on Beale steet. The bar is loud and 14,000 square feet. I have 4 bar backs, 4 full bars, three door entrances and a very real need for communication. I have tried other two ways like midlands and other less expensive brands but out we grew them. We are hard on these two ways. We drop them, get them wet,run them for long hours, use them 7 days a week, bang them into things, knock the antennas off, outside, inside, hot, cold, freezing. If it can be done to a radio we have done it. If you run them like we do you will need to buy replacement batteries for them in about a 2 years but they will still work and after about five years the radio itself will probably need replacement. If you are normal people I would have no reason to think that these things would last for quite a bit longer than mine do. Solid buy, if it’s loud in the place you are going to be using them, invest in some surveillance in ear head sets like the secret service.
Great for our emergency operations team. Able to communicate throughout our campus.
Great product but the inly bad thing is the earpeice hurst the ears and keeps buzzing in the ears.
